Decadence . . . . Binge . . .

Out of Control? .  .  .  .  In need of an Intervention?


Not to worry, though, I've included vitamins for necessary nutrients, the Dr. Oz recommended handful of anti-inflammatory walnuts, some fruit (anti-inflammatory cherries and blueberries), and some cheese for protein and fat to help with vitamin absorption.  

Oh, and I have stevia in the coffee.  And Dan Brown's new page-turner novel, not that that will encourage mindless eating or anything.  I'm good.  Yeah, I'm good. No need to worry about health, or weight.
